Henry co-founded Society Media following a successful career breaking stories to the national media about social issues, regeneration and community development.
Working with some of the country's most innovative organisations, he uses his experience to enable Society Media's clients to develop communications tools that build strong brands and raise profile among key stakeholders. Henry has directed Society Media's work with CCLA, the Adventure Capital Fund and the Royal Bank of Scotland's community banking team.

Tim has an impressive record in promoting the entrepreneurial strengths of the third sector. Trained as a journalist on local newspapers, Tim held a series of senior editorial roles in the national trade media, before launching Social Enterprise magazine in 2002, which he continues to edit.
Since establishing Society Media with Henry, Tim has worked with a wide range of businesses and third sector organisations to develop and deliver effective communications strategies. His work includes directing the rebrand of the CTA, contract publishing for the Social Enterprise Coalition and producing a range of communications tools for the Cabinet Office. He also sits on the judging panel for Enterprising Solutions, the national social enterprise awards.

Hilary has more than 15 years' PR experience with leading charity, social housing and private sector brands, including Help the Aged, the Peabody Trust and Selfridges.
This experience enables Hilary to provide dynamic direction to our PR team. Since joining Society Media in 2006, Hilary has designed and delivered a string of high-impact media campaigns, securing significant coverage across the world. These have included campaigns for the Skoll World Forum, NESTA, Metropolitan Home Ownership, the CTA and CCLA.

Julie has launched and edited several highly successful voluntary sector magazines. A former editor of Third Sector magazine and the Fostering Network's magazine, Foster Care, Julie has a reputation for building loyal readerships by developing energetic, informative and practical publications.
She has contributed as a voluntary sector expert to publications including the Guardian, Museums Journal and the Observer, as well as working as a consultant for many charities.
Julie is currently editor of CTA Journal and is responsible for Society Media's editorial processes and output.

Lisa joined Society Media in 2004 as an associate director responsible for taking clients through a thought-provoking and inspiring process designed to identify how communications can be used to support their business development and build brands.
A highly knowledgeable communications consultant for the voluntary and social business sectors, Lisa has extensive experience in managing high profile media campaigns and developing communications strategies.

Anna has built a reputation for securing big hits in national, regional and trade media. She has delivered successful PR campaigns for Metropolitan Home Ownership, Tower Homes, Big Issue Invest, the Skoll World Forum on Social Entrepreneurship and NESTA's Big Green Challenge.
With several years' media relations experience in the housing and voluntary sector, Anna joined Society Media from RNID, where she was responsible for maximising the profile of campaigns across the UK.

Helen is a well-connected account executive, adept at building strong relationships with editors and journalists hungry for the captivating stories many of our clients would like to tell. She has achieved significant placements in national, regional and trade media for clients including CCLA, One Housing Group, the Adventure Capital Fund and Metropolitan Home Ownership.
Helen previously worked as a programme manager for an HIV/AIDS awareness campaign in Cameroon and has had two enriching stints as a volunteer for Build Africa and the Ugandan Aids Action Fund. She has a degree in politics and international relations and a masters degree in rural development. She is currently studying for the CAM diploma in marketing communications.

Chrisanthi has a wealth of newspaper experience, starting in Australia, where she worked at the Sydney Morning Herald. She also worked as a radio journalist and producer at the national Special Broadcasting Service.
More recently, she was a journalism tutor at the University of Technology, Sydney and assistant manager at the Australian Centre for Independent Journalism.
In 2007, Chrisanthi moved to England and joined Society Media, where her passion and energy make a vital contribution to Social Enterprise magazine and a range of related publications.

Gemma contributes to Social Enterprise magazine and CTA Journal. Trained on regional newspapers in the south west of England, Gemma's talent for human interest stories means that she's a valuable copywriter for a number of our clients.
Adept at writing for consumer audiences, Gemma is also an established music journalist who regularly interviews musicians, writes features and reviews albums and gigs for Clash magazine and other publications.

Ilona is responsible for the smooth operation of Society Media HQ. A highly organised manager, Ilona not only looks after the administrative side of the business, but also ensures our beautiful converted print works is a great place to be for the numerous communication and creative professionals who work here.
Ilona, who is also studying to be a chartered accountant, was previously a finance officer for a retailer in Romania.
