The Good Deals conference
Good Deals, delivered by Society Media and Social Enterprise magazine, is the UK’s first and only conference designed to match social investors with social entrepreneurs looking to set up or expand their ideas.
The conference was organised on behalf of the Office of the Third Sector at the Cabinet Office and NESTA, with sponsorship in 2008 from the Royal Bank of Scotland.
Attracting a sell-out 300-strong crowd, Good Deals has fast developed a reputation as the must-attend event for both those who need to find finance to help their social enterprise develop and grow - and for those looking to invest in innovative ideas for creating social change.
Speakers and delegates were drawn from mainstream financial service companies, venture capitalists, community development finance institutions, charitable trusts and foundations and across government departments.
